Looking after you after your treatment

• Timings — Full effects appear after 14 days. Results last around 3–4 months on average, though this varies from person to person.
• What to expect — Small temporary bumps that settle within a day, along with some redness, bruising, or a mild headache.
• Pressure — Avoid unnecessary contact or pressure on the treated areas for 48 hours, including facials or other beauty treatments.
• Makeup — Avoid makeup for 6 hours, unless it is mineral makeup. We’ve used clinical-grade products to protect your skin afterwards.
• Hydration — Drink plenty of water to keep you and your skin well hydrated. Around 8 glasses a day supports your skin health.
• Exfoliants — Avoid exfoliating scrubs for one week after treatment, so the product settles undisturbed.
• Activity — Avoid exercise and strenuous activity for 24 hours after treatment to reduce the risk of bruising and swelling.
• Heat — Avoid saunas, sunbeds and steam rooms, along with hot baths, hot hairdryers and tight headwear.
• Sun — Avoid direct sunlight and UVA/UVB rays, which age and harm the skin. Apply SPF 30+ daily to the treated area.
• Cleansing — Avoid alcohol and ibuprofen. When cleansing, be gentle and use light strokes away from the eyes.
• Follow-up — We’ll arrange a video review 2 weeks after treatment. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll book you a clinic visit.
